Why I Created This Blend

Non-Smoker is a blend that is near and dear to my heart because tobacco use continues to be one of humanity’s most pressing and preventable public health concerns, causing over 8 million deaths annually. Nicotine withdrawal can begin within 24 hours of quitting, often bringing cravings, anxiety, fatigue, and digestive upset. I wanted a natural, supportive tool to ease that transition, so I created the Non Smoker Inhaler with Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), and Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) essential oils.

The Power of Black Pepper

Small clinical trials have shown that inhaling Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) essential oil can reduce cravings and ease nicotine withdrawal. The most interesting research recorded were inmates that didn’t have access to tobacco would roll black pepper into make shift cigarettes. In fact, one case described a man using combusted black pepper to mimic smoking while calming withdrawal and anxiety. Research from as early as 1994 and again in 2013 found that vaporized black pepper significantly reduced nicotine cravings—more than even angelica essential oil.
