The Craze

Dreamsicle Shave & Body Oil came about as all things do in my apothecary from a need. My daughter wanted to spend $45 on this fancy shaving oil with 25 chemicals in it. No ma’am. I have all of these ingredients at home. And Dreamsicle was born.

What’s In It

This luxurious Dreamsicle Shave & Body Oil utilizes my solar infused vanilla jojoba wax (jojoba is chemically labeled as a liquid wax and not an oil). With the addition of castor oil, vitamin e, and sweet orange essential oil this moisturizing dual purpose shave/body oil is to die for.

What The Ingredients Do

Jojoba Wax (Simmondsia chinensis) – The biggest draw for using Jojoba in any natural recipe is the close relationship to our own sebum (our skin’s natural oils) allowing maximum penetration for ultimate moisturization. This oil is also lightweight and non-clogging to pores.

Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis) – offers skin barrier protection, enhanced absorption, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin E Oil – helps to prevent red bumps and protects skin cells.

Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) – adds an uplifting aroma for the senses, has a mild antioxidant effect on the epidermis, and acts as a mild astringent for those post-shaving patches.

How To Use

After washing body and using a gentle body scrub apply the Dreamsicle Shave & Body Oil liberally and massage in deeply towards the heart. Let air dry for maximum absorption.
