Melodramatic Mint came to me while listening to The Smiths. I just couldn’t think of a better name 😂 . It’s a moody blend that has key constituents known throughout modern and historic folklore to assist in digestion. This tea blend has nervine herbs as well. It has the ability to support the central nervous system in a gentle way. In addition this blend has a sprinkling of rose for emotional support.

I like to have a 1-2 cups of this after an unexpectedly heavy lunch.

Melodramatic Mint herbal tea is excellent after any heavy meal. When we start a meal with a bitters like my Dandelion Elixir and end it with a mint tea, we are helping our bodies digest! Bitters before meals and mint teas after used to be common practice and I’m so glad to see its return.
