Pit Master – Natural Liquid Deodorant

This is another one of those recipes that I use on myself often and only started selling it when people started asking me for the recipe.

This deodorant is a gentle yet effective alternative to traditional aluminum-based deodorants and antiperspirants. Unlike aluminum, which blocks sweat ducts to prevent perspiration and may pose long-term health risks, this blend allows the body’s natural detoxification through sweating while controlling odor. Witch hazel acts as a natural astringent, helping to reduce bacteria and excess moisture without clogging pores, while vegetable glycerine keeps the skin hydrated and soft. Pink Himalayan salt has natural antibacterial properties that help minimize odor, and each essential oil contributes unique benefits—lime, lemongrass, and citronella provide a fresh, clean scent and help neutralize bacteria, while tea tree oil is known for its strong antimicrobial properties. Neroli and frankincense add skin-soothing, anti-inflammatory qualities, making this blend gentle enough for sensitive underarm skin. Together, these ingredients offer a safe, effective, and refreshing alternative to chemical-laden deodorants, promoting both skin health and a pleasant aroma.

1. Roll onto underams liberally, watch for dripping.
