I created this blend because of the love I have for Bergamot and its ability to reduce inflammation and increase a positive mood. Bergamot is also NOT phototoxic unless used in extremely high dilutions. This blend is at a .5% dilution for safety, but as with all oils in general never use a tanning bed and with citrus oils I still recommend not going into prolonged sun exposure within 12 hours of application. Prolonged is considered longer than 10 minutes.
