Description
A Comforting Cup for your Cycle
When I reach for Crampus-PMS/Cramp Tea, I’m inviting in ease or a softening of tension and a warm herbal embrace for my monthly rhythms. This blend is crafted to cradle you through PMS and those tightening moments when cramps steal your breath and peace.
With soothing nervines, gentle uterine tonics, traditional pain-relieving botanicals, and herbs historically used to ease spasms and support circulation, Crampus offers comfort during menstruation.
I created this tea for the moments when your womb is speaking loudly begging for gentle relief, warmth, and loving support.
Herbal Allies & Their Roles
Matricaria recutita: German Chamomile
Chamomile relaxes both body and mood, softening uterine tension while easing irritability and digestive upset common in PMS.
Studies support its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory actions and benefits for dysmenorrhea discomfort.
Viburnum opulus: Cramp Bark
One of the most respected herbs in traditional Western herbalism for menstrual cramps. Guelder-rose in the old world, cramp bark helps relax uterine muscle tension and reduce spasms, making it a cornerstone for easing painful cycles.
Salix alba : White Willow Bark
Known as nature’s aspirin ancestor, willow bark contains salicin — a traditional pain-relief compound.
Historically used to ease uterine cramping, headache, lower-back period pain, and inflammatory discomfort.
Achillea millefolium: Yarrow
Yarrow supports healthy pelvic circulation and helps move stagnant blood — a classic action in menstrual formulations.
Traditionally used to ease uterine discomfort, support balanced menstrual flow, and relieve cramping.
Artemisia vulgaris: Mugwort
A deeply traditional womb herb, mugwort supports circulation, relaxation, and menstrual flow.
Used by midwives and folk practitioners for centuries for painful or sluggish cycles and emotional heaviness around menstruation.
Mentha x piperita: Peppermint
Peppermint refreshes the system, relaxes spasms, eases nausea and digestive heaviness, and helps unwind tension carried in the body and mind.
